The Site provides general information about our custom cabinetry services. You agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or harmful information.
Estimates and project information
Information on the Site, including articles and descriptions of services, is general and for informational purposes only. It is not a quote, a guarantee of availability, or professional engineering, legal or permitting advice. Pricing, scope, schedules and any warranty terms for a project are set only in a written estimate or agreement signed by you and Bash Cabinets. Submitting a form does not create a contract.
Permits and approvals
Permit and association requirements are set by your local building department and, where applicable, your condominium or homeowners association. We will help you understand what may apply, but final requirements come from those authorities.
Photos and content you submit
If you upload photos or other files, you confirm you have the right to share them and allow us to use them to evaluate and quote your project. We will not publish your photos without your permission.
Intellectual property
The Site’s content, logo, illustrations and design are owned by Bash Cabinets or used with permission and may not be copied without our written consent.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
- Program: Bash Cabinets sends text messages about your estimate, appointments and project updates to customers and prospective customers who opt in.
- Opt-in: You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website forms or by otherwise giving us express consent. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your project and requests.
- Costs: Message & data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

- Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bash Cabinets is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.
